Zhong An Real Estate Limited (00672.HK) was founded in 1997. On November 13, 2007, it was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the second real estate enterprise listed in Hong Kong main board in Zhejiang, with the size of proceeds raised being one of the largest among IPO transactions of other Hong Kong-listed real estate property developers from the province at the time. It is a leading real estate developer in Yangtze River Delta Region. It is primarily engaged in developing projects including mid-to-high end residential properties, hotels and commercial projects.

Since its establishment in 1997, it has accumulated over thirteen years of experience in real estate development. Centering on local market of Zhejiang, Zhong An Real Estate takes the lead in entering major cities in Yangtze River Delta Region such like Hefei, Huaibei and Suzhou, and has established a reputable brand in such regions. In order to diversify its revenue sources, the company has started to develop and invest in commercial properties, such as shopping malls, office buildings, hotels and serviced apartments.

Mr. Shi Kancheng (alias Shi Zhong An) -

is the chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Zhong An Real Estate Limited. Mr. Shi takes charge of operation management, strategic and development planning of the Group. He also supervises project planning and the overall business operation. He has joined the Group since the foundation of the first member company, Zhejiang Zhong An Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.. Mr. Shi has served successively as tax officer of Xiaoshan District (formerly known as Xiaoshan City) Finance and Taxation Bureau and general manager of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Milkyway Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.. He has over 17 years of experience in real estate development and investment. Mr. Shi graduated from MBA course co-organized by Arizona State University and Shanghai National Accounting Institute in June 2007. From 2005 to 2006, he completed the course co-organized by Harvard University, Zhejiang University, Hong Kong University and United States Military Academy for global and real estate developer administrators. In the same year, Mr. Shi completed a program specially designed for presidents of real estate companies organized by Zhejiang University.

Ms. Wang Shuiyun -

is an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Zhong An Real Estate Co., Ltd.. She is responsible for the financial operation and management of the Group. She has joined the Group in December 1997. Before joining the Group, Ms. Shen served as the chief accountant and finance manager of Hangzhou Guanghua Chemical Fiber Factory from 1980 to 1993. In 1994, she served as the accounting manager of Hangzhou Hualing Electrics Appliance Co., Ltd.. From 1995 to 1997, she acted as the accounting manager of White Swan Industry Co., Ltd..

Ms. Shen Tiaojuan -

is an Executive Director and Vice President of Zhong An Real Estate Co., Ltd.. She is responsible for the financial operation and management of the Group. She has joined the Group in December 1997. Before joining the Group, Ms. Shen served as the chief accountant and finance manager of Hangzhou Guanghua Chemical Fiber Factory from 1980 to 1993. In 1994, she served as the accounting manager of Hangzhou Hualing Electrics Appliance Co., Ltd.. From 1995 to 1997, she acted as the accounting manager of White Swan Industry Co., Ltd..

Mr. Zhang Jian'gang -

is an Executive Director and Vice President of Zhong An Real Estate Limited. Since he joined the Group in March 2003, Mr. Zhang has served successively as the Vice President of Zhejiang Zhong An Property Development Co., Ltd., general manager and president assistant of Anhui Zhong An Real Estate. From 1995 to 2003, he took up the post of office director, assistant to general manager and deputy general manager of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Milkyway Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.. He has 16 years of experience in construction and property development.

Mr Jin Jianrong -

is an Executive Director. He has joined the Group since 2004. He is currently the co-president of the Company and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). He is in charge of engineering management of the projects of the Group. Prior to joining the Group, he was the deputy general manager in charge of construction matters of Zhejiang Lvdu Real Estate Development Company from 2003 to 2004, and a construction manager of Zhejiang Wanxiang Real Estate Company from 1997 to 2002. He was responsible for project management of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Milkyway Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from 1995 to 1997, and was a project manager and worker of Xuxian Construction Co., Ltd. from 1987 to 1994. Mr Jin received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and management from the Sichuan University in 2006. He has about 28 years of experience in operation and management of property companies.

Ms. Shen Li -

is a non-executive Director of Zhong An Real Estate Limited. Ms. Shen, graduated from the International Business School of the Shanghai University (上海大學國際商學院), with a bachelor of science (工學學士) degree in 1995. Ms. Shen had worked as a staff accountant and an audit senior at Price Waterhouse Da Hua CPAs, as a manager at General Motors (China) Investment Co. Ltd., and as the Controller of Asia Operations at Chrysler Asia Operations. She was the chief executive officer of Credit China Holdings Limited (“Credit China”) (now known as Credit China FinTech Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”) (Stock Code: 8207)) from January 2010 to July 2014. She was an executive director of Credit China from January 2010 to June 2015. Ms. Shen has been working as the president of corporate strategic investment of CVP Financial Group Limited since April 2016.

Dr. Pei Ker Wei (Ph.D.) -

had been appointed an independent non-executive director sine October 2007. Dr. Pei worked as an associate professor, deputy professor and professor at Arizona State University, chairman of North America Chinese Accounting Professors Academy, chairman of Global Commission of American Accounting Academy. He is currently the associate dean of the W.P. Carey School of Business of Arizona State University and a member of the American Accounting Academy. Dr. Pei is also serving as an independent non-executive director of Want Want China Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Mr. Pei received his MBA degree from South Illinois University in 1981 and Ph.D. from University of North Texas in 1986.

Dr. Loke Yu -

has over 35 years of experience in accounting and auditing for private and public companies, financial consultancy and corporate management. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a PhD in business administration from University of South Australia. He is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Dr. Loke is the chairman of MHL Consulting Limited and serves as an independent non-executive director of ZMAY Holdings Limited, VODone Limited, Matrix Holdings Limited, Bio-Dynamic Group Limited, China Fire Safety Enterprise Group Holdings Limited, Winfair Investment Company Limited and SCUD Group Limited, the shares of which companies are all listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange"). In the last three years preceding the appointment date, Dr. Loke had been an independent non-executive director of Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Company Limited and CNNC International Limited, the shares of which companies are all listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Mr Zhang Huaqiao -

has been the Chairman of China Mezzanine Capital Group since June 2012. He is also an independent non-executive director of Fosun International Limited and a non-executive director of Bower Power Holdings Limited and Oriental City Group Holdings Limited, the shares of which companies are all listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). He was Chairman of Guangzhou Wansui Micro Credit Co., Ltd. between June 2011 and July 2012 and an executive director and chief executive officer of Man Sang International Limited, a company whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange, between September 2011 and April 2012. From June 1999 to April 2006, Mr Zhang had worked with UBS Securities Asia Limited and served as a managing director and the co-head and head of its China research team. Prior to this, Mr Zhang had worked as a principal staff member with the People’s Bank of China in Beijing between July 1986 and January 1989. Mr Zhang graduated from the Graduate School of the People’s Bank of China with a master’s degree in economics in 1986 and from the Australian National University with a master’s degree in economics in January 1991.
