China Fortune Group Limited is an investment holding group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 290. Through one its major subsidiaries Fortune Financial (Holdings) Limited, the Group manages four wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Fortune (HK) Securities Limited, Excalibur Futures Limited, Fortune Wealth Management Limited, China Fortune Group Strategic Investment Company Limited and a representative office across the border in Shenzhen.
Our principal activities include the provision of brokerage services for securities, futures and insurance, margin financing, wealth management and corporate finance advisory services.
As a major player in the brokerage field, the Board has made a strategic move to ensure its position in leveraging China's robust financial economy. In December 2008, the Group has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with a vendor to acquire a 49% equity interest in New Era Futures Company Limited, a PRC company engaged in brokerage services for dealing in financial and commodity futures contracts on the mainland.
